2. Qualification:
Junior Assistant:- Qualification for the post of Jr. Asstt. (State Level) is Higher Secondary examination of a Council recognized by the Govt. or any other examination declared by the Govt. as equivalent and he/she must be capable of English Typing, Assamese Typing in Computer.
3. Age: Age of the candidates shall be not less than 18 years and not more than 38 years on the 1st day of January/2013. Upper age limit is relaxable for reserved category candidate as per the Govt. rule in force:
4. The last date of receipt of application is 25/06/2013. No application will be entertained after the last date fixed.
5. The application will have to be submitted in the office of the undersigned during the office day from 11.00 AM to 4.30 PM,
6. Applicants should have registered their names in any of the Employment Exchanges of the State and valid registered number should be indicated on the application with attested copies of Employment Exchange registration card.
7. Candidates belonging to reserved category shall have to furnish attested copies of documentary evidence (i.e. a copy of Caste certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer).
8. The application must be accompanied by the following documents.
(I) Three copies of recent passport size photograph duly signed by the candidates.
(II) A copy of Age certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
(III) Education qualification certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
(IV) Caste certificate for reserve category candidates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
(V) A self-addressed envelope of 10" x 4.5" affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/-.
9. Candidates should be in sound health both mentally and physically, persons with deformity which is likely to interfere with efficient performance of duty need not apply for the post.
10. Application found incomplete and which does not conform to the required qualification or found to contain false, misrepresentation shall be rejected.
11. The date for the written examination will be mentioned in the calling letters to be issued in favour of the candidates. The successful candidates in written examination will be called for viva-voce etc.
