Applications are invited from intending eligible candidates who are citizen of India and residing permanently in Assam for filling up of the vacancies as indicated below in the cadre of Graduate Teacher posts of Govt. H.S. &M.P. School, Kokrajhar in the Pay Band-2) Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/-+ Grade Pay Rs.3300/-p.m. along with other allowances as admissible under the Rules. Preference will be given to the candidates belonging to the B.T.A.D.

Subject to receipt of Govt. clearance 2 (two) post of Science Graduate Teacher and 1 (one) post of Hindi Teacher will be filled up.
2.Reservation : As per 6thScheduled Rules.
3.Age : A candidate must not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years of age on 01.01.2013. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of S.C./S.T. candidates and 2 years in case of Ex-serviceman.
4.Academic qualification :
a) Graduate Teacher : B.A. /B.Sc. / B.Com. with 50% of mark in the concerning subject from any Recognised University with TET.
b) Hindi Teacher : Proveen /Ratna / Madhyama Visharad in Hindi with 50% marks having degree qualification from any Recognised University or B.A. with Hindi as one of the subject with50 % mark with TET.
5.How to apply :
a) The candidate may submit the application in the standard form published in the Assam Gazette. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed for the post of Graduate Teacher(Sc. & Arts.) / Hindi Teacher.
b) The applicant must furnish 2(two) signed copies of their recent passport size photographs along with their applications.
c) A self-addressed envelope with 5 (five) rupees postal stamp is to be submitted along with their application.
d) The candidates must submit following copies of certificates duly self-attested.
i) Education qualification.
ii) Age proof certificate.
iii) Certificate issued by competent authorities prescribed by the Govt. regarding their status as SC/ST(P)/ST(H) OBC /Physically Handicapped.
6. Last Date : Applications should reach the Office of the Undersigned on or before 24th of June, 2013within working hours up to 5.00P.M. No application will be accepted beyond the last date. No advance of application shall be treated as valid for determination of eligibility of a candidate. Applications not accompanied with all necessary enclosures/not in proper form will be summarily rejected without notice of assigning any reason thereof. The Date of oral Interview/Viva Voce and venue will be communicated through newspapers/electronic media later on. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for attending Test/Interview.
