Applications with complete testimonials from H.S.L.C. onwards are invited from the candidates having the latest UGC norms with NET/SLET/ SET as mandatory qualification for appointment of Assistant Professor in the following vacant sanctioned post in the UGC Scale of pay of Rs. 15600-39100 + GP6000.
Candidates who haveobtained M. Phil degree (notfrom off campus) on or before10.07.2009 may also apply for the post. However, the candidates who are or have been awarded Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph.D. degree) regulation, 2009, shall be exempted from therequirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/ SLET/SET for requirement of Assistant Professor. The ageof a candidate should not be more than 38 years as on 01.01.2015 and relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST candidate with valid NOC.
The candidates must have a Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) and must know local language.
Candidates in service must apply through proper channel.
