Profile Requirements:

 

Qualification: HS/GRADUATE(FRESHER’S)

 

Age: Male/Female Candidate between 18 to 25 years of age.

 

Preference will be given to the candidates having Android phone & Bike .

 

 

Monthly Earnings(Salary) –

 

8000/-{5000/-(Fixed stipend )+3000/-(Proficiency allowance)}+ Commission as per slabs +134/-(Adhoc allowance  )(First three months as Professional Sales Trainee)(T & C apply)

 

From 4^th Months onwards -8500/-(Fixed salary)+Commission as per slabs and other variables+ Adhoc allowance -134/-  . (CSS Probationer) )(T & C apply)

 

 

 

From 6^th Months onwards -8800/-(Fixed salary )+ other variables +Adhoc allowance- 134/-  )(T & C apply)

Brief about the Job Profile: Job Profile – Professional sale trainee

Visiting the consumer home, Retail outlets etc Initiate customer for company’s product AG/VC/EA and let them know their benefit in our daily life

Taking Appointments

Giving demonstration of products to the customer

Closing the sell

Collection of payment from the customer & submitting the payment to the office & other administrative work

Daily maintenance of correct customer data in daily activity report

Taking initiative in increasing sale through road show, exhibition, camp, visiting colleges, hospitals, corporate etc.

Coordination with service department to ensure customer satisfaction
