Applications are invited from the citizen of India as defined in the Article 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up one post of Officer on Special Duty in the rank of Under Secretary in the Assam Legislative Assembly Secretariat in the scale of payof Rs. 12,000/- – 40,000/-+ GP Rs. 6300/- in the PB-4.
Eligibility Criteria:
A) Candidate must have bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized University.
B) To commensurate with the post in regards todealing the specific functions, the candidate must possess MBA with specialization in human resource.
C) Candidate shall have experiences in the field of public relations works for at least 5 (five) years in any Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/ Govt. Agencies etc.
D) Candidate must be drawing Pay in the Scale of Rs. 8000/- Rs.35000/- in PB-3 with minimum Grade Pay of Rs. 4900/-P.M.
E) Candidate shall have to furnish NOC at the time of Interview from the concerned Department/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Govt. Agencies where working.
F) On being appointment, candidate shall have to perform all public relation matters including organizing meetings, seminars etc.
Intending candidates may bring application along with Xerox and original copies of qualifications certificates, exper ience cer tificates, caste certificates, two copies of recent passport size photograph, NOC etc. on 19-08-2015 at 11.00 AM and report to the Principal Secretary at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi Bhawan, Assam Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Dispur for appearing before the Selection Board for interview.
No TA/ DA is admissible.
