Application with all testimonials from H.S.L.C. onwards are invited from the candidates having the latest UGC norms with NET/ SLET/ SET as mandatory qualification for appointment of Assistant Professor in the following vacant sanctioned posts. Candidates who have obtained M. Phil degree (not from off campus) on or before 10.07.2009 may also apply for the post.
However, the candidates who are or have been awarded Ph. D. degree in accordance with the UGC (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. degree) regulation, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/ SLET/ SET for requirement of Assistant Professor in the revised pay Band- AGP, 15600-39,100 + AGP 6000 with other allowance as per rule as admissible from time to time.
The age of a Candidate should not be more than 38 years as on 01.01.2015 and relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
The candidates must have a Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) and must know local language. Candidates in service must apply through proper channel.
Applications along with a Demand Draft of Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hunfred) only drawn in favour of Principal, B. H. College, Howly payable at SBI, Barpeta Road Branch, must reach the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
