The Member Secretary of the Selection Board/Cum Supdt. or Principal of the Institutions after receiving of the application must give a receipt of receiving to the applicant mentioning the name of the particulars received from the applicant in the time of receiving of the application.
These posts will be filled up with provision the office memorandum No. FSI.5/2005/Vol.VI/76 dated 30-03-2012 issued by the Govt. of Assam in Finance Department and in compliance with provision of the AFRBM Act./ 2005, all Reservation Act. (Reservation Act. relating to SC/ST, OBC/MOBC, PD, Women) and all other Rules/ Procedures/ Formalities as well as Direction/ Order of the Hon’ble High Court, Guwahati where ever applicable.
1. Nationality: The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
2. Qualification:
a. For Librarian - (i) Passed F.M. Degree or Equivalent and Diploma in Library Science (Preference Degree).
b. For Junior Asstt. (L.D.A.) - (i) Passed H.S.L.C or Equivalent with one year Diploma in Computer Application. (written & Practical Examination) ( Preference will be given to work experience holder)
3. Age: Minimum 18 (eighteen) years and Maximum 38 (thirty eight) years as on 01-01-2015 (Age Proof Certificate must be enclosed)
4. Photo: Two copies of recent passport size colored photograph with white background duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
5. Place: Application are to be submitted (by post or hand delivery) to the office of the Principal/Supdt. of the concerned Madrassas.
6. Last date: Application should reach the undersigned on or Before- 15.12.2015. The interview will be held in the respective Madrassas/Arabic Colleges with effect from 17-12-2015. The last date of submission of merit/ Penal list on or before 22.12.2015 to the undersigned positively.
N.B.: Application not accompanied with all necessary enclosures (documents) are not in proper form will be rejected.
No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for attending Test/Interview.
