WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
National Research Centre on Pig, Rani, Guwahati will hold a Walk-in-interview on 25-04-2014 at 10:30 AM for selection of a Junior Research fellow under the DBT funded project entitled “Evaluation of Physio-genomic responses to heat stress and development of potential marker(s) for assessment of stress in pig”.
Emoluments: 16000+HRA for 1st 2 years and 18000+HRA for the third year if NET/GATE/BET/BINC/SLET/professionally qualified, otherwise 12000+HRA for 1st 2 years and 14000+HRA for the third year.
Qualifications:
Essential-Master’s degree in the Life Science/Biotechnology/Veterinary Physiology/Biochemistry/Animal Genetics & Breeding with not less than 60% marks. The maximum age limit for the post is 35 years for male and 40 years for females. (Relaxation as per Govt. rules).
Desirable Experience in the molecular biology research
The said post is purely on contract basis and is co-terminus with the project period or earlier based on the performance of incumbent. The terms and conditions of the service will be governed by ICAR/DBT rules. Interested candidates bring his/her application with latest CV alongwith two passport size photographs, attested copies of all certificates, testimonials, experience certificate, publications, no objection certificate from employer, if already employed. Original copies of all certificates must be brought at the time of interview. No TA/DA etc. will be paid for attending the interview.
