WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

FOR APPOINTMENT OF SPECIALISTS AND GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER (GDMO) ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS IN CENTRAL RESERVE POLICE FORCE

 

Directorate General, Central Reserve Police Force propose to engage Specialists & General Duty Medical Officer 9GDMOs) for various locations/formations located in Assam Stat (purely on contract basis). Suitable and willing candidates may WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on the following date and time at venue along with original and photocopies of all relevant documents (like Graduate Degree, internship completion certificate, age proof and experience certificate, if any etc.) and application in plain paper superscripting the name of the post applied for in the State/area/region and five passport size photographs. No TA/DA is admissible for the interview.

                                           Medicine (Physician)-01

                                           GDMOs – 10 Posts:

                                           (i)  10 Bn. Barpeta (Assam) -01 (ii) 20 Bn. Karbi Anglong (Assam) -01 (iii) 129 Bn. Kokrajhar (Assam) – 01 (iv) 147 Bn. Cachar -01 (v) 152 Bn. Goalpara (Assam)-01 (vi) 156 Bn. Chirang (Assam) -01 (vii) 210 Bn. Cobra, Darrang(Assam)-01 (ix) GC, Khatkhati (Assam)-01

  1. Remuneration : Specialists – Rs. 60,841/- and GDMOs Rs. 50,400/-( Class B cities) & Rs. 47,775/- (Class C Cities) consolidated per month. The contractual appointee will not be entitled to any other allowances, benefits or concessions as admissible to Govt. employees.
  2. Age : All doctors appointed will not continue on the post once he/she reaches 65 years of age.
  3. Educational and Professional Qualification : For Specialists :

                                                                          (a)    A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part-II or the Third(other than that licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in Part-II or the Third Schedule should also fulfill the condition stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

                                                                          (b)   Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned Speciality as mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule-VI or equivalent.

                                                                           (c)    Experience :1 ½ years’ experience for Post Graduate degree & 2 ½ years for Diploma holder in the concerned Speciality after obtaining the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent.

                                                                          For General Duty Medical Officers (GDMOs):

                                                                          (a)     Recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II or the Third Schedule(other than  that licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II or the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956

                                                                          (b)   Completion of compulsory rotating internship.

  1. Contractual Period : 3 years or till the appointee attains the age of 65 years or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier. Thereafter, the contract will lapse automatically. No extension beyond three years will be given. The services of the appointee are also terminable at any time (on either side) by giving one month’s notice or by paying/refunding one month’s salary without assigning any reason or failure to complete three months to the satisfaction of the competent authority. The selection is purely contractual in nature and does not carry any right for regularization or permanent absorption.
  2. Leave : The leave  entitlement of the appointee shall be governed as per DoP&T OM No. 12016/3/84-Estt(l) dated 12th April, 1985 as emended from time to time.
  3. Medical Examination : Immediately after interview on the same day candidates will be medically examined by a Board of Medical Officers detailed by the concerned Composite Hospital/Hqrs. Appointment will be subject to medical fitness.

NOTE : The competent authority reserves the right for any amendment, cancellation and change in the advertisement in whole or part thereof without assigning any reason.
