Applications in prescribed forms are invited from Indian citizens for the following posts on contractual basis -
1. Deputy Registrar 02
(Administration-1, Academic-1)
2. P. S. to Registrar 01
3. Translator 01
4. Assistant Section Officer 03
5. Sr. Accounts Assistant 01
6. Sr. Assistant 03
7. Junior Assistant 02
8. Library Assistant 01
9. Data Entry Operator 02
10. Book Arranger 01
11. Attendant cum Driver 02
12. Attendant cum Electrician 01
13. Grade IV (STP-2, UR-4) 06
Appointments shall initially be a period of 1(one) year, extendable to a maximum of 5 years, which may be renewed subsequently on the basis of need of the university and performance of the appointee, among other things as per provisions of the Statutes and Ordinances of the University.
Application forms with other information including qualifications, age and other requirements for the said posts can be downloaded from the University website http://www.kkhsou.in.
Completed application in duplicate accompanied by a bank draft for ` 500/- (non-refundable) in respect of the posts (Sl. No. 1 to 4) and ` 300/- in respect of the posts (Sl. No. 5 to 13) drawn in favour of KKHSOU, payable at Guwahati should reach the University on or before 20th March, 2014.
Applicants for the non-teaching post may have to sit for a written examination if the number of applicants remain twenty or more against one post after initial scrutiny.
Application should be sent to the undersigned in an envelop superscribed "Application for the post of ................... "
