Position (Job title): English and Life skills Trainer
Location : Bongaigaon

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Responsible for effective Training, Soft Skills & Personality Development for the youth taking up different vocations.

• Responsible for the English Training for the youth.

• Responsible for maintaining quality of training being imparted and maintain the standards at the center.

• Apply innovative teaching tools in their sessions to generate impact and also keep a check on absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training duration.

• Conduct weekly / fortnightly / monthly assessments at the center and evaluate the progress.

• Develop cordial relationship with the candidates and segregate them as per their needs and capabilities with respect to employment.

• Assist in post training & placement of the youth.

• Responsible for maintaining records at the center.

• Assist in capacity building/ti-ups with educational institutions on that area.

• Assist in mobilization, registration, screening, enrollment of the right candidates in the assigned district

• Document success stories & contribute to Newsletters.

Qualification: Graduation / Masters in any stream.
