Tezpur College invited for the 2 vacant posts of Asst. Professor, Assam

Application are invited from the candidates having latest UGC norms for the posts of Assistant Professor in English in the scale of pay Rs. 15600/-  39100/- + AGP 6000/-and  other  allowances  as admissionalble with NET/ SLET/ SET as mandatory  required  for Ph.D. Holder in accordance with UGC regulation 2009. Candidates those who have obtained M.Phil degree on or before 10-07-2009 may  apply  excluding  the candidate  obtained M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree  from off  campus  centre.

The candidates must have a PRC and knowledge about local languages.

Application with mark sheets and  certificates  from  HSLC onwards and a draft of Rs. 1000/- each post in favour of undersigned must  reach  the  office  of  the undersigned within 10 days from the  publication  of  this advertisement. 

The  age  of candidates    should not be more than 38 years as on 01-01-2015 and  relaxable  up  to  5  years  for SC/ST candidates,

1. Asstt. Professor in English one post  (reserved  for OBC/ MOBC)

2. Asstt. Professor in English one  post  (ureserved) (leave vacancy of 2 years and may be reduced under FDP)
