Post of Junior Assistant 1 (one) S.T. (P) in Deputy Director of Economics & Statistics, Goalpara.
Applications are invited from the Candidates in the Standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazetted filling up of following vacant sanction post of Grade-III, in the establishment of the Deputy Director of Economics & Statistics, Goalpara. The details are shown below:
1. Last date of submission of application is fixed on 10.10.2014 up to 5.00 P.M.
2. Number of vacancies are shown in the table below:
Post of Junior Assistant 1 (one) S.T. (P)
3. Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
4. Age: Must not be less than 18 years of age and more than 38 years of age and 43 years in case of SC/
ST Candidates as on 1st January/2014.
5. Reservation: Reservation of vacancies for SC/ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC will be strictly followed as per
norms laid down by the State Government against various categories from time to time.
6. Education Qualification:
a) For Junior Assistant: Minimum H.S.S.L.C. Examination passed with skill of type Writing both in English
with speed of 40 W.P.M. and Assamese with speed of 30 W.P.M. preference will be given to the candidates having knowledge in Computer especially MS-Office.
7. The Name of applicant must be registered in the employment exchange and filled in applications must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director of Economics & Statistics, Goalpara accompanied with
relevant documents/testimonials.
8. Candidate for the post of Junior Assistant will have to appear in a written skill and oral test.
9. A selection Board shall be constituted to select the post mentioned above. The selection Board has the right to accept or reject the candidature after proper scrutiny of the documents/testimonials etc.
10. The selected candidates for appointment shall have to give undertaking that they will abide by New
pension Rule of Govt. before issue of appointment letter.
11. While considering appointment, among other claims’ under different rules and Govt. instructions including cases covered by order of the Hon’ble High Court, if any, will get preference.
