Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), an organization under Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India invites application for the following positions for its Centre for Sustainable Livelihood Promotion (CSLP) sponsored by OIL & Regional Resource Center for Cluster Development (RRC) sponsored by DC-MSME, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India under the Dept., Centre for Industrial Extension of IIE on purely contractual basis. 

1. The Position, required Qualification & Experiences, Role & responsibilities as as follows:

1	Project Officer	01	Negotiable	Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics /Business Administration with minimum 8-10 years experience in the thematic area in Social /Community development specially in Cluster Development sector in similar capacity.
2	Project Coordinator/Research Executive	04	Negotiable	Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics /Business Administration with minimum 4 to 5 years experience in the thematic area in Social /Community development specially in Cluster Development sector in similar capacity.
3	Project Assistant ( Prog.)	01	Negotiable	Graduate in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics /Business Administration with minimum 2-3 years experience in the thematic area in Social /Community development specially in Cluster Development sector in similar capacity.
4	Project Assistant (Account)	01	Negotiable	Graduate in Commerce with basic computer knowledge with tally, with minimum 10 years experience in the field. Preferably Govt. retired person.
5	Project Helper	01	Negotiable	H.S passed with Computer basic Knowledge.

1. For the position of Project Officer 
Job Profile:

• Project Officer will responsible for project planning, designing & various policy frameworks and intertwining them. Further they will also design implementation guideline according to the policy framework.
• Partnership management with service providers both public and private, coordinating relationship with project stakeholders as well as external resource agencies.
• Convergence with Government Department, linkages with financial institutions, building capacity of NGOs and civil society organisation.
• Coordinating project based studies, evaluation and research assignment.
• Timely reporting, review and supervision of task.

Age: 28 to 45 years .

2. Project Coordinator/Research Executive
Job Profile:

• Project Coordinator / Research Executive will assist Project Officer for project planning, designing & various policy frameworks and intertwining them and implementation of projects & programmes.Further they help project Officer to design implementation guideline according to the policy framework.
• Coordinating project based studies, evaluation and research assignment.
• Timely reporting, review and supervision of task.

Age: 25 to 40 years .

3. Project Assistant (Prog)
Job Profile:

• Project Assistant will assist Project Coordinator /Research Executive for implementation of Various projects & programmes.

Age: 20 to 35 years .

4. Project Assistant (Account)
Job Profile:

• Project Assistant ( Account) will be responsible for day to day account of the project along with the book keeping , Receipt & payment account, finalizing advance & adjustment of employees etc. for implementation of Various projects & programmes.

Age: Below 65 years.

5. Project Helper 
Job Profile:

• Project helper will assist to the Project Executive for smooth functioning of the activities.

Age: Age: 18 -30 Years.

Mode of Selection: Personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed to appear for interview. 

Expenses of selection: No TA/DA will be provided for attending interview.
