Applications are invited from interested candidates for the following research/technical positions in the Centre for Atmospheric Studies, Dibrugarh University
1. Research Associate
(ISRO GBP ARFI) Rs. 22, 000 pm + Rs 1,000/yr for II and III year
Qualification. Ph. D in Physics/Atmospheric Physics
Desirable Experience of working in the area of aerosols and radiative forcing, sufficient working knowledge of aerosol instruments and ability to carry out quality research as evidenced by publications in reputed journals
2. Junior Research Fellow
(ISRO GBP ARFI) Rs 16, 000 pm
Qualification M. Sc in Physics/Mathematics
Desirable Proficiency in Programming languages FORTRAN, C++, MATLAB; should be willing to pursue vigorous theoretical modelling activity
3. Junior Research Fellow
(DIT) Rs 16, 000 pm
Qualification M.Sc Electronics/BTech ECE/ M.Tech Communication or IT.
Desirable Should be proficient in programming language Java/C++,alogrithms and knowledge of basic interferometry as in physics and communication signal systems
4. Technical Assistant
(DIT) Rs 10, 000 pm (Fixed)
Qualification B.E/B Tech ECE or B.Sc Electronics
The Associate/fellows will also be eligible to draw HRA and Medical Allowance as per university rules.
