Applications are invited from eligible  candidates  having UGC norms with NET/SLET/SET  (as mandatory  requirement)  Ph.D. (compliance with UGC regulation 2009) M.Phil degree obtained on or  before  10.07.2009  (excluding candidates obtained M.Phil/Ph.D. degree from off Campus Centre) for the following sanctioned posts of Assistant Professors in the UGC scale of pay.

1. Assistant  Professor- Assamese - 1 post, unreserved.

2. Assistant  Professor  - Chemistry-2  posts  (a) Post reserved for OBC/MOBC (b) 1 post unreserved.

3. Assistant  Professor- Geography - 2 posts (a) 1 post unreserved (b) 1 post reserved for ST(P).

The age of a candidate should not be more than 38 years as on 01.01.2015 and relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The candidate must have a PRC and must know local languages. Application with bio-data and all relevant attested documents from HSLC  onwards  along  with  a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (non- refundable) drawn in favour of the Principal, payable at UBI, Titabar Branch  should  reach  the undersigned within 15 days from the  date  of  publication  of  the advertisement. No TA or DA will be paid to the candidates.
