Applications with all testimonials from H.S.L.C. onwards are invited from the candidates having the latest UGC norms with NET/SLET/SET as mandatory qualification for appointment of Assistant Professor in the following vacant sanctioned post. Candidates who have obtained M.Phil degree (not from off campus) on or before 10.07.2009 may also apply for the post. However, the candidates who are or have been awarded Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph.D. degree) regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment of Assistant Professor in the revised pay Band-AGP, Rs. 15600-39,100 + AGP 6000 with other allowance as per rule.

The age of a candidate should not be more than 38 years as on 01.01.2015 and relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The candidates must have a Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) and must know local language. Candidates in service must apply through proper channel.
