Applications are invited for the post from eligible candidates in the age group of 40-55 years (maximum 55 years as on 30.06.2014). The candidate must be a graduate having minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in a senior position of a Bank and should be dynamic and capable for improvement and expansion of the Bank. The candidate should be conversant with Co-operative Act, Rules, Banking Regulation Act, RBI Act, Income Tax Act etc. Apart from staff administration, a flair for working in a competitive environment and ability to mobilize deposit, recovery of loans etc. are desirable. Preference will be given to candidates passing CAIIB or any higher training conducted by RBI or any national level financial training institute. Basic concept and knowledge of computer is a must. Qualification of MBA in Banking and Finance will be an added advantage. Pay and allowances will be negotiable. Those who do not fulfill these criteria and those who applied already need not apply.
