Application in Prescribed, Standard Form available in the Part-IX of the Assam Gazetted stating full particulars along with the copies of necessary certificate of educational qualification and other testimonials are invited from the citizen of India as defined under article 5 to 8 & the constitution of India for filling up of the following posts which lying vacant in the office of the Treasury Establishment of Dhemaji District.

Post: Junior Accounts Assistant – 3 no.s of post

Minimum Qualification:

Passed in BA/B.Com./B.Sc. Examination or equivalent from a recognised College/University Diploma in Computer Application from a Govt. Recognised institution. Knowledge in DTP – Assamese and English. Word Excel Power, Point Presentation. Internet browsing are desirable.

The application must be submitted on or before 24th Sept’2015 during office hours to the office of the Treasury Officer, Dhemaji. (The applications should  invaribly be  reached on or before the closing date. Application received after the closing date or incomplete applications will be rejected forthwith.)

Other Eligibility Criteria  and Requirements  :

1. Candidates must ensure that no column is left blank or wrongly filled and should not be overwritten. Application not filled correctly as above and not signed duly by the candidate will be liable to be rejected. The undersigned will not entertain any claim after such rejection.

2. Age: Minimum 18 (Eighteen) years and maximum 38 (Thirty eight) years as on 01/01/2015.

The upper age is relaxable in case of reserved category candidates as per Rules for the time being.

3. 3 (Three) nos. Character certificate original from

(i) the Principals Academic officer of the institution in which the candidate studied last and

(ii) two respectable person who are well accquinted but not related to the candidate.

4. Candidate already in service should apply through proper channel.

5. Candidates for the post of Junior Accounts Assistant will have to appear for a written competitive Examination of the following:

SUBJECTS MARKS DATE AND VENUE

i. General English -100 Marks To be notified in due Course

ii. General Mathematics -100 Marks through call latte/Notice Board & General Knowledge -100 Marks

iii. Oral Interview - 50 Marks

The list of candidates who qualify in the writers test shall be hanged on the notice board of DC’s Office and Treasury Office, Dhemaji.

Candidates who qualify in the written test shall have to appear in oral interview (20 Marks) and Computer test (30 Marks) for final selection.

6. The selected Candidates shall have to submit an undertaking to the appointing authority that they will be abide by the New Pension Scheme of the Govt. as per the Finance Departments letter No. BW.3/03/Pt-l/ I dated 25/01/2005 and shall not be       governed by the existing Assam Service (Pension) Rules 1969 and orders issued time to time.

7. Reservation of post for SC, ST (P), ST (H), OBC, MOBC and women candidates shall be applicable as per existing Govt. Guidelines.

8. No. TA/DA shall be admissible for the journey performed in connection with the written test and interview.

9. The application must be accompanied with the following documents with the application:-

i. The Candidate should enclose all testimonials as regard educational qualification, caste age and also diploma in English and Assamese Computer application.

ii. This office will not responsible for loss of application on transit or postal delay. Candidates sending, application by post should ensure that their applications reach this office by before 17.00 hrs.

iii. 1 (One) self addresse envelope of 5 cm affixing postal of Rs. 5/- only.

iv. 3 (Three) copies of latest passport size photograph.

v. No application shall be entertained after the expiry of last date of submission.

vi. Copy of the registration certificate of the Employment Exchange of respective District must be enclosed with the application Form and up to date renewal registration number with date must be mentioned in the application.

vii. Application complete in all respect should be sent to the following address:- The Deputy Commissioner(Treasury Establishment), Dhemaji.

10. Copies of all certificates should be clear and legible. Application with illegible copies of certificates will be rejected summerarily.

11. Candidate finally selected must be willing and prepared to serve in any Treasury/Sub- Treasury within the District of Dhemaji.

12. Inclusion of a candidate name in the Panel List shall confer no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as he may consider necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall be treated as disqualification of the candidates and the undersigned reserve the right to refuse him/her appointment even he/ she was selected by the Selection Board.
