KKHSOU, Guwahati Recruitment of Project Coordinator

Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU), Guwahati-781005, Housefed Complex, Last Gate, Dispur and UNICEF, Assam invite applications for the following post on purely contractual basis for 8 (eight) months for the “UNICEF-KKHSOU Media Project”.

Post : Project Coordinator (1 No.) 

Duration : Eight Months 

Job Description: Under the overall guidance of Senior Media Consultant, carry out various activities under the project including networking with media in Assam, planning and organizing district and state level media workshops and events and coordinating with media houses for meetings. 

Location: Position based in Guwahati with one-time travel to upper Assam. 

Qualifications Required: Postgraduate University degree in Communication/ Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Social Sciences/ Development Studies/ Social Work/ or related technical field. 

Experience: Experience of working with media or in media studies for at least 3 years. Experience of working in the development sector for 3 years X Experience of planning and organizing events at district or state level X Social media and basic computer skills

Salary : Rs 18000/PM
